JEREMY  CRISS  PRESENTATION    •    COLBY  FERGUSON PRESENTATION

The Farming at Metro's Edge Conference provided an opportunity for farmers, agriculture advocates and area residents to come together and discuss growing food and fiber on the edge of growing cities. Throughout the panel and roundtable discussions, many challenges and possible solutions were identified, but one idea came through loud and clear- we all need to keep talking.

This site that had hosted information about the conference will now be the portal for continuing the conversations around sustaining our local environment, economy and farm sector. Conference organizers are combing tough reams of roundtable reports (your ideas!) to put together a comprehensive report that will be faithful to the wonderful input from attendees. We will be reaching out to conference participants to see what information you'd like to see here and how we can move forward on the conference findings. Stay Tuned!-
